Dual Temperature Zones for Optimal Taste
Dual zones allow you to choose the best temperature for your wine. Store 33-66 bottles of white or sparkling wine in the upper zone between 41 and 48°F (5-9°C) and 88-110 bottles of red in the lower zone between 48 and 64°F (9-18°C).
Tips and Tricks:
- Set up unit away from heat-producing appliances and out of direct sunlight
- Before connecting the wine fridge to a power source, let it stand upright for approximately two hours
- Allow two inches of space between the unit’s side and the wall and four inches between the back of the unit and the wall for air circulation
- Red wine should be kept between 55-65°F (12-19°C), white wine between 48-54°F (9-12°C) and sparkling wine between 45-47°F (7-8°C) for optimum taste
