Dual Temperature Zones for Optimal Taste
Dual zones allow you to choose the best temperature for your wine. Store up to 32 bottles of white or sparkling wine in the upper zone at 41-54°F (5-12°C) and up to 36 bottles of red wine in the lower zone at 54-72°F (12-22°C).
Tips and Tricks:
- Set up unit away from heat-producing appliances and out of direct sunlight
- Before connecting the wine fridge to a power source, let it stand upright for approximately two hours
- Allow two inches of space between the unit’s side and the wall and four inches between the back of the unit and the wall for air circulation
- Red wine should be kept between 55-65°F (12-19°C), white wine between 48-54°F (9-12°C) and sparkling wine between 45-47°F (7-8°C) for optimum taste
