Non-irritating face mask for daily protection
The K-kare™ ASTM Level 1 face mask mask protects the wearer from dust, pollen, droplets, pollution and other airborne particles with 95 percent BFE (bacteria filtration efficiency). These adult-sized masks are made of non-woven breathable breathable fabric, light-weight fabric ear loops, and a moldable plastic nose piece to provide hours of comfortable wear with no eyeglass fogging. Packaged 50 masks/box.
Three Layers of Filtration
- First (outer) layer is made of splash-proof hydrophobic non-woven fabric to filter moisture droplets and large particles
- Second layer is made of high-quality melt blown fabric for filtration of smaller particulates
- Third (inner) layer is made of soft non-woven fabric that absorbs moisture and is gentle on the skin
Instructions for use
Step 1: Wash Hands
Wash your hands with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand rub and dry completely
Step 2: Place mask
Check new mask for damage and then position it with stiff edge (nose strip) at the top and white side towards you. Holding the mask by earloops, place mask over mouth and nose and slide earloops over ears.
Step 3: Cover completely
Pull bottom of mask to fully open and fit under chin. Use the first two fingers of both hands to mold the nosepiece to the bridge of your nose. Try to touch only the outside and edges of the mask to keep it clean. Make sure there are no gaps between your face and the mask.
Step 4: Remove and Discard
Without touching the front of the mask, remove earloops and discard safely. Re-use of single-use masks is not recommended. After discarding, wash your hands with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand rub and dry completely.
