You Will Need

  • Blender
  • Two small jars or glasses for serving
  • Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark (70% cocoa) chocolate, finely chopped or chips
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate, finely chopped or chips
  • 2/3 milk chocolate, finely chopped or chips
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • Instructions

    1. Place boiling water and dark, white, and milk chocolate in your blender and process until melted and smooth.


    2. Add egg whites and process until combined, followed by heavy cream and vanilla extract.


    3. Separate mixture into two serving glasses (it would look beautiful in a crystal wine glass!) and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.


    4. Serve as is or topped with a dollop of whipped cream, curls of grated chocolate, or a few pieces of caramel popcorn.
